WebTicians provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development

• Google Ads (PPC) management

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in USD ($). Payment terms:

• Web design projects: 50% deposit required before work begins, 50% upon completion
• Monthly SEO/marketing services: Billed monthly in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Web design deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Monthly service fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
• You may cancel monthly services at any time for the next billing cycle
• No refunds for completed work or services rendered

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Respond to our inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide access to necessary accounts (website, hosting, analytics)
• Ensure you have the right to use any content/images you provide
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code created specifically for you. However:

• WebTicians retains the right to showcase your website in our portfolio
• Third-party software, plugins, and themes are subject to their own licenses
• Content you provide remains your property

7. Service Guarantees

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic numbers due to the unpredictable nature of search engine algorithms. We guarantee to use industry best practices and white-hat SEO techniques.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel monthly services at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain live
• Ongoing SEO and marketing services will cease
• No refunds for partial months

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebTicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebTicians and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (hosting, analytics, email marketing) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
